Biography

Tracy is a seasoned attorney specializing in Government and Regulatory, Cybersecurity, and Corporate Transactions. Her 15+ years of diverse experience in both litigation and legal transactions allow her the ability to powerfully function as strategic legal counsel in both the boardroom and the courtroom. Licensed in Delaware and New York, Tracy has both represented clients and served as local Delaware Counsel in state and federal courts. Tracy has also prosecuted hundreds of trademark applications through the United States Patent and Trademark Office and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Leveraging her... early career as a professional investigator, Tracy brings a meticulous and inquisitive approach to client concerns. Her exceptional skills and confidence in conducting investigations and risk assessments provide her with an uncanny ability to uncover risks and spot potential legal issues before they emerge and/or escalate. Tracy’s investigative experience provides an immediate advantage for any client, all within the attorney-client privilege.

Tracy is also deeply committed to staying ahead of the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape. Recognizing the significant risks posed by cyber threats, she is dedicated to providing her clients with up-to-date advice on law and policy changes, cyber incidents, and best practices for legal
protection in this area.

Tracy’s corporate transactional practice extends beyond traditional business formation and guidance and includes restructuring, commercial disputes, and intellectual property protection, helping businesses safeguard their assets and navigate complex and ever-shifting legal waters. Her extensive litigation experience—both jury and bench trials—gives her the ability to offer clients strategic advice at every stage of a legal dispute. Tracy understands the importance and value that comes with seeking early advice and therefore encourages clients to gain legal support in the opening stages of a dispute process to ensure key initial decisions positively shape the process and enhance the overall outcome.

With a passion for supporting entrepreneurs, Tracy also works extensively with small, socially disadvantaged businesses, including SBA 8(a) companies, where she aims to support their growth by ensuring sound business advice, regulatory compliance, transactional support, cybersecurity solutions, risk mitigation and response strategies, and corporate advisory services. Tracy is highly regarded for her ability to build strong, lasting client relationships by bringing a positive attitude and warm demeanor to every client matter.
