Biography

Stephanie offers practical, strategic solutions to help entrepreneurs and businesses protect their interests and navigate complex legal matters including trademark infringement and breach of contract disputes. As a U.S. Navy veteran, she brings a disciplined approach and a steadfast commitment to integrity to her practice.   

Focusing on trademark and copyright prosecution, contracts, agreements, and other business-related... matters, Stephanie is dedicated to providing value-driven legal counsel and cultivating long-term relationships with her clients. Additionally, she provides pro bono services to veteran organizations.  

Before transitioning into the legal field, she gained valuable experience in project and program management while working for several Department of Defense (DoD) contractors. During her six years of military service, she graduated with honors from the Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC), qualified as an Enlisted Information Warfare Specialist (EIWS), and was meritoriously advanced to the rate of Cryptologic Technician Networks First Class (CTN1).  

In her free time, she enjoys home improvement projects, reading, and making lasting memories with her husband and their dog. She appreciates good food, good movies, and good decaf coffee.   

Experience

  • Assisted with strategic discovery requests which led to the early withdrawal of a Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) opposition against a client’s trademark application. 
  • Facilitated cease-and-desist negotiations against multiple patent infringers to protect a client’s market position.

Paralegals and Legal Support Staff

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our team of paralegals and staff work together collaboratively along side our attorneys toward a common goal. We have created a positive work environment where our paralegals and legal assistants work to successfully reach firm-wide goals and support each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance. They regularly assist our attorneys with organizing and maintaining files, conducting legal research, and preparing documents.
