Robert R. Gillispie

Robert R. Gillispie is an attorney practicing in Northern Virginia (Loudoun County) and Northern Kentucky (Boone County). He holds a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from The George Washington University’s National Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts diploma from Boston University. Formerly in-house counsel for both publicly traded and privately held companies, Mr. Gillispie’s experience includes a broad spectrum of corporate practice, including corporate governance, transactional matters, and litigation. Throughout his career, Mr. Gillispie has also maintained an active immigration practice.

Mr. Gillispie previously... served as General Counsel for Alltech Biotechnology Centre in Nicholasville, Kentucky and as Senior Attorney with Lexmark International in Lexington, Kentucky. In 2009, he founded The Gillispie Law Firm, P.C. in Leesburg, Virginia, practicing in the areas of business law, government contracting, immigration law, and estate planning.
