Biography

Brandon is a highly skilled transactional attorney with a primary focus on commercial lending, real estate, and corporate law. Licensed in Delaware, Maryland, and Florida, he provides clients with comprehensive legal support across multiple jurisdictions, with particular depth in advising financial institutions and businesses on... complex transactional and regulatory matters.

Brandon serves as counsel for regional financial institutions across Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia, ensuring compliance with state regulations and facilitating smooth lending and transactional processes. He advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of commercial loan transactions, including loan structuring, credit facilities, commercial construction loans, farm loans, subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements, and loan documentation. His role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, compliance teams, and outside parties to address legal requirements at every stage of the lending process — from commitment through closing — demonstrating a consistent commitment to operational efficiency and risk management.

Brandon has extensive experience representing clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including property acquisition, financing, leasing, and development. His sharp negotiation skills and meticulous contract drafting ensure that clients’ interests are protected at every stage, while his background in creditor actions equips him with effective strategies to address disputes and financial challenges. He routinely handles the real estate components of commercial lending transactions, including title review, lien priority, and collateral documentation.

Brandon advises Delaware LLCs and corporations at every stage of the business lifecycle, from entity formation and governance to capital structuring and compliance. He works closely with startups and established businesses alike, guiding them through operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance matters. His fluency in Delaware’s corporate laws ensures that clients — whether emerging companies or mature enterprises — are well-positioned for growth and long-term success.

Brandon is an active leader in his community in Sussex County, Delaware, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the River Soccer Club, where he helps guide the organization’s growth and development. His commitment to community service is also evident in his previous role as Director of the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce, where he promoted local business interests and contributed to fostering regional economic growth.

In his personal life, Brandon enjoys spending time at the beach with his dog, Rosalita. He is an avid boater, runner, and snowboarder, and loves exploring new destinations through international travel. His well-rounded perspective and passion for life enhance his ability to bring creativity and dedication to his legal practice.
