OVERVIEW

Working locally, thinking globally

U.S. immigration law is a complicated web of rules and regulations. But in addition to being highly technical, it’s also personal. That’s why businesses, individuals, and families dealing with immigration law issues need highly individualized legal representation.

Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig’s immigration lawyers have the experience and problem-solving skills you need on your side. Our lawyers have decades of experience in immigration law and have served as the lead immigration counsel for global organizations.

Our experience in immigration law

Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig works with employers who wish to sponsor skilled workers for nonimmigrant visas. We assess our clients’ short- and long-term needs and identify the best legal strategy to meet their unique immigration law challenges. Our law firm specializes in filing employment-based visa applications, including B-1, E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, I, L, O, P, Q, R, and TN visas as well as EB-2, EB-3 and EB-5 green cards.

Our lawyers also represent businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs who wish to start or expand businesses in the United States. We assess our clients’ goals, investments, and timelines to develop a strategy to address their unique circumstances.

Additionally, we help individuals and families with U.S. immigration law needs. We represent lawful permanent residents seeking to become U.S. citizens. We help these clients file naturalization applications with the USCIS, passport applications, Consular Reports of Birth Abroad, and Certificates of Citizenship. We help U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents who seek to sponsor their spouses, fiancées, parents, children, and stepchildren for permanent residence in the United States through K visas. We assist with even the most complicated U.S. citizenship cases, including those involving children born out of wedlock and parent or grandparent presence requirements.

Our immigration attorneys also help foreign nationals who have been barred from the United States with admissibility issues, including immigrant waivers, nonimmigrant waivers, and travel ban waivers. Finally, we help individuals who are seeking asylum in the United States navigate affirmative asylum processing with the USCIS.
