Overview

Driving business deals

Intellectual property drives innovation, fuels strategic business growth, and anchors transformative technology deals. Whether you’re licensing cutting-edge software, negotiating joint development agreements, or acquiring emerging technologies, protecting and maximizing the value of intellectual property is critical to success.

At Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, our technology transactions and licensing team combines deep legal expertise with a thorough understanding of technology markets to deliver solutions that provide a competitive edge. Our approach goes beyond drafting and negotiating agreements. We help clients unlock the full potential of their intellectual property assets, providing strategic counsel to mitigate risks, drive innovation, and align IP with overarching business goals. Whether supporting a merger, managing cross-border transactions, or navigating complex licensing negotiations, we ensure that technology works for you, not against you.
